Core Operating Principle
The Base Stake
Typically 1% to 5% equity granted upon signing, securing our commitment as your strategic advisors and non-operational mentors.
Performance Bonus
Additional equity tranches (3% to 8%) are earned strictly upon hitting pre-defined, high-precision revenue or funding milestones.
Founder Autonomy
If agreed-upon targets are not met within the contract term, the company retains the right to buy back unearned shares at a nominal price.
